Your rental.
Once you’ve chosen your bike, you can book your rental through our partner site, FriendWithA.com.
When the booking is completed, you will receive a message from us to arrange delivery time and location, as well as select the right accessories for your lifestyle. Locks, passenger seating, racks, and bags are all offered at no additional charge.
All of our rentals include insurance, service support and drop-off/pick-up.
The Drop-Off
At drop-off, you will receive a thorough introduction to the bike, its accessories, and cargo bike safety recommendations.
We are always happy to answer questions and are available by phone, text, or email before, during, and after your rental.
Our bikes are sturdy and dependable - but in case of any difficulty we will repair or exchange your bike so you can get back to riding ASAP!
